Let’s try to focus on the most healthy and balanced recipes… most of the time. This page lists all tested (and modified) recipes. The recipe is identified as a dish (breakfast, main dish, side dish, soup, salad, sweet, bread, drink, special, or appetizer/snack) and which food groups are present (Vegetables, Fruits, Grain, Protein, Dairy, Oils). This page will get updated with every new relevant post. * FG stands for “Food Groups”. None of the recipe from the 195 challenge are presented here, to avoid unnecessary duplicate.
