  • GRAINS
  • (A) Oat + Flour
  • (B, D) Rice
  • (C) Burger bread
  • PROTEINS
  • (A) Egg
  • (B) Tofu
  • (C) Black beans
  • (D) Chickpea

RECIPES

  • (A) Quiche with Greens – With link towards quiche crust half oat/half flour from FoodNetwork.
  • (B) Tofu Curry coco with cauliflower – Link towards idea how to chicken-flavor the tofu from tasty.co and link towards the Tofu/Chicken Curry Coco
  • (C) Black bean burger
  • (D) Sweet potatoes/egg plant/chickpea curry
