These guys are pretty easy to cookup. The hardest part is probably going to be finding plantains. We got ours in a can from a shop that specializes in South American foods.
Just open the can, drain the juice, and throw the plantains into a frying pan with some oil. Let them caramelize and then remove from the heat. Enjoy
I must admit, I was fairly nervous about eating these guys because the shop we got them out of wasn’t exactly the cleanest. Regardless of where they came from, they tasted wonderful and there weren’t any left overs.
