  • For 1 bowl of hummus

  • Fruit: Lemon
  • Protein: garbanzo bean (ie chickpeas)
  • Oils: Extra-virgin olive oil, (Opt.) Sesame oil
  • Spice: Garlic, Cumin, salt
  • NO: Dairy, Grain, Vegetable

Notes:

  • Mike didn’t follow the quantities, and that turned really good.
  • Don’t skip the Sesame oil, it really adds a lot of flavor
Hummus served with Rose wine and Tortillas
