  • Fruit : Banana, Kiwi, (Opt.) Watermelon
  • NO: Vegetable, Protein, Dairy, Oil

Notes:

  • What could get easier and healthier than that? Don’t you like easy and fresh sweet? Me too.
  • Avoid adding sugar by selecting ripe fruits
  • Add as much watermelon as you want the juice to be “liquid”
