Notes:
- Surprisingly soft inside! True for when the cookies finally cooled down and we could eat them. Comment still applies 2 days after baking (when the last cookie was eaten…)
- Yes, recipe has been modified because I ran out of maple syrup…
- I noticed too late that the oats and flour need to be accurately measured… but you’ll find out that if you use approximately the measure, it will work too!
