  • Vegetable: Yams, Beans, Onion
  • Fruits: Lime juice
  • Grain: NO
  • Protein: Beans, Egg
  • Dairy: Shredded Cheese (Optional)
  • Oils: Extra-virgin olive oil, Avocado

Notes:

  • Use Yam or Sweet potatoes
  • The original recipe adds a honey-lime dressing.
